CommandLines :
  1. Go to GTA 5 Directory folder.
  2. Create a text document in directory.
  3. Rename the text-document as: commandline.txt
  4. Open the commandline file with notepad,
  5. Copy and past the below code

    -FrameQueueLimit 0
    -ignoreDifferentVideoCard
    -DX10_1
    -cityDensity 0.0
    -fullscreen

  7. Now save the text document file.
